As of Monday, April 24, 2023, you must meet the following guidelines to submit a trade permit in Momentum:

– Your trade permit does not require a building permit. (Ex. If the work is for the repair or replacement of an existing system with the same size, tonnage and location, a building permit is not required. All other electrical or mechanical work will require a building permit.)

– Trade permits that have an existing approved building permit in Momentum.

Please Note: Trade permits that have an existing building permit in ePermits must be submitted in ePermits. An example of an ePermits building permit # 0000-2023-0.  Failure to comply may result in a delay with future inspection requests.
