Description: Application for percolation testing along with a proposed site plan must be submitted for any property that is not going to be served by public sewer and before any on-site sewage disposal system can be installed. If you plan to build on undeveloped property in Prince George’s County and your property is unable to be served by public sewer, you must apply using this application to conduct PERC testing.
For commercial properties the site plan must specify the proposed building site, property lines, proposed parking lot, and two (2) foot contours. A site plan is required for subdivisions showing the house locations, proposed wells (if applicable), five (5) foot contours, and property lines for each lot.
